Enpak is a Haitian nonprofit, independent of religion or politics, recognized by the government. Its mission is to improve people’s quality of life by strengthening local skills, community organizations, and civil society, while promoting human rights and active citizenship. enpaK focuses on child rights, disaster risk management, disability inclusion, and gender equality, using its experience and resources to carry out impactful community projects.
Empowering Children’s Voices
We strive to ensure that every child in Haiti, especially the most vulnerable, is aware of their rights, actively participates in decisions that affect them, and contributes to building stronger, more inclusive communities

Work Rights for Women with Disabilities
In a community for all of us, employers must not ask women with disabilities for sexual favors in exchange for jobs or to keep a position, because that is violence. Getting a job is a right that must be based on skills!

Building Children’s Future
We work to strengthen families, schools, and communities so children can reach their full potential, access education and protection, and grow into empowered leaders of tomorrow

Protecting and Nurturing Children
Our mission is to safeguard children from violence, exploitation, and discrimination while promoting equal opportunities for both girls and boys to thrive in safe, supportive environments
Mission Statement:
At enpaK (Engagement, Participation et Kapasite), our mission is to improve the quality of life in Haiti by strengthening local capacities, empowering communities, and promoting human rights, dignity, and inclusion. Since 2010, we have worked to ensure that children, women, youth, persons with disabilities, and other marginalized groups can realize their full potential and actively shape the development of their communities.
We focus on protecting children’s rights, promoting gender equality, preventing violence, building resilience to disasters, and advancing the inclusion of persons with disabilities. Through training, mentorship, and partnerships with national and international organizations, we provide communities and grassroots groups with the tools they need to create lasting, transformative change. Guided by respect, equity, and active citizenship, enpaK envisions a Haiti where all people are not only beneficiaries of development but true agents of change.
